images?
Ask the customer to try a new
unopened reem of paper.
Ask what paper type they are using - is it low quality paper?
Try a blank copy.

If yes, Try the green rod to clean the main charger.
If No, This would indicate a problem with the
CCD/Mirrors. Ask customer to print rather than copy. If
lines only on copy, clean flat/slit glass.
If continues or is only on prints, use rods and send to
service if no resolution.
